Hanahana Beauty is a an all natural, hand-crafted, ethical skin-care brand with the mission of empowering women of color and increasing transparency within the beauty industry. I worked as the brand’s designer from January 2021 - July 2021, creating social, print, and digital designs for the brand.

In celebration of their 4 year anniversary, Hanahana Beauty launched a campaign titled 4ever Not Ashy to celebrate. I designed the logo, mug and t-shirt for the campaign taking inspiration from Lisa Frank and beachy vacation vibes.
Owning the Block
Powered by Karleen Roy of The Vanity Group, OWNING THE BLOCK is a career empowerment experience for ambitious Millennials & Gen Z'ers who are the next generation of dreamers and doers in the city of Memphis. I was tasked with creating a more modern aesthetic for the 2022 experience, creating the branding, print, and experiential design elements.

Skintellect
Skintellect is a Black beauty marketplace designed to encourage the discovery of Black-owned clean beauty brands. I designed the brand identity and social, creating a classic logo lockup with a lil’ twist. The emphasis on the “i” is a nod to the way Apple changed how we think of individuality with the naming of the iPhone (and subsequent “i” memes that were all over the place after the iPhone launched in 2007). Skincare is often approached from a one size fits all mindset, but Skintellect aims to celebrate skin and champion Black women in the beauty, I wanted to highlight that intention in the branding.
