Web Design
Let’s give your brand a digital home. I’ll create a custom website to help you establish an online presence for your brand and engage with your audience.
Please note: You will need to provide all branding for these packages (logos, fonts, color palette, copy, and images).

+ What happens after I submit a contact form to work with you?
After you submit a form, I'll review your response and reach out to you to let you know if I think I'm the right fit for your project or to schedule a call to learn more about your business.
+ I'm not sure if I'm ready to hire you yet, what should I do?
If you're unsure about hiring me, I can help you decide! Send me an email with any questions and I'll let you know if you're ready.
+ How does payment work?
I offer a payment plan for all services. After I review and decide to move forward with your project, a 30% deposit is due to secure your spot on my calendar. Once the project is half-way done the next payment is due, then the third and final payment is due upon project completion in order to receive the final files.
+ What are your hours?
My hours are 11am to 7pm EST, Monday-Friday.
+ I have a design need that's not listed!
If you have a design need I haven't listed then it's a need I can't fulfill. I am currently only taking on branding, web, and social projects.
+ How do you decide if you're the right fit for a project?
I decide if I'm the right fit by looking at my calendar to see if I have the bandwidth to complete a project within the timeline needed. Next, I think about my portfolio and the kind of work I want to add to it. Then, I look at a potential client's current brand, customer, and brand vision to determine if their aesthetic is aligned with mine.
If I have the bandwidth to complete the project, the project fits with the kind of work I want to add to my portfolio, and I feel the brand aesthetic matches my design aesthetic, we'll move forward and work together!
+ What do I need to have ready before we start a project?
Yes! For web and social media design, you should have all branding, copy, images, and videos ready 2 weeks prior to your project start date.
+ Do you include source files in the final file deliverables?
For logo and templated designs, editable source files (Adobe files) can be included upon request.
For all other design work, source files are not included, but can be purchased for 50% of the final project total.
+ Why are source files not always included?
When a designer creates a design for a client there are various liscenses the designer can provide to a client. I choose to provide my clients with exlusive liscenses for logo and templated work, meaning the client has full rights to the design and can edit/modify the original design as they please.
For all other work, I provide clients with a liscense for limited use. This means a design can only be used for it's intended purpose and cannot be modified.
+ How will I receive my final files?
I'll send all final files via a file transfer link.
+ Do you design Shopify sites?
Yes and no.
For eCommerce brands, I design hybrid Squarespace and Shopify sites. All of your inventory will be managed on Shopify including your shop, collection, and checkout pages. All of your other site content: about page, contact, blog, etc... will be hosted by Squarespace.
I design hybrid sites to mitigate the cost of Shopify design which typically starts around $25K (that's A LOT!). Shopify design requires advanced coding knowledge which means small edits would need to be hired out to a developer. With Squaresapce, my clients can easily manage their website content without spending extra money while taking advantage of Shopify's robust product management system.
+ Can I add additional work onto an ongoing project?
Of course! You can definitely add additional work to an ongoing project.
Once we determine what the additional designs will be, I'll send over a new proposal/invoice. However, due to my booking schedule your project deadline may need to be pushed back.
My Design Process
Before we start your project there are a few things we need to take care. First things first, I’ll send over a contract and proposal for you to review, sign, and pay a deposit.
STRATEGY
You’ll complete a brand questionnaire to help you think about your brand from a deeper perspective. Then, we’ll dive into a robust strategy session where we get to the heart of your brand by defining who your brand serves and how your brand will move in your industry.
COLLABORATION
I’ll begin the design process by creating a mood board, bringing both of our ideas together into one cohesive concept. Next, I’ll get started on the design and present the strongest 2-3 concepts. If necessary, we’ll work together to revise and refine the design until it is absolute perfection.
LAUNCH
After you’ve confirmed the final designs, I’ll send over a file transfer link with all of the final files and instructions on how to save and edit (if applicable). Then, I’ll send you off into the world to launch, grow your audience, and build your brand.
